Welcome to my website! I am a paediatrician in South Gippsland.
Please note, I am not currently taking new patients.
My rooms are in Leongatha, Karmai Community Children’s Centre and Foster Medical Centre.
I grew up in Wonthaggi and Inverloch, and went to school in Leongatha. I studied medicine at Monash University in Clayton and spent most of my clinical training at rural sites, including Warragul, Traralgon, Sale and Mildura. I have also worked and studied at the Royal Children’s Hospital and Monash Children’s Hospital, spent an incredible year working in Alice Springs, and developed deeper roots locally by practicing at Peninsula Health and Latrobe Regional Hospital.
My interests are in community medicine: particularly developmental and behavioural medicine and mental health. This means I want to help babies, children and teenagers with chronic illness, developmental concerns, autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, constipation and wetting, food intolerances, cerebral palsy, depression, anxiety, acting-out, fussy eating, obesity, crying, tantrums and any remaining or indescribable parental concerns.
See your GP to discuss whether a referral to a paediatrician is recommended. If you have a referral from your GP, please call your local public (Gippsland Private Consulting Suites) or private (West Gippsland Paediatric Group) services. I will be taking new patients in 2020, but will be limiting my services to those children and families who have specific care needs.
